Miller Lite Presents: “The Kickback” Everyday People//Charlotte Edition
This past Sunday, Charlotte had the opportunity to host one of the most popping brunch/day party duos to hit the East Coast since 2012. Some may call it the ultimate turn up, but to most it is known as Everyday People. Everyday People is a day party founded by Saada, Celebrity Chef Roble and DJ Moma in New York City. The purpose of the day party is to mix together different walks of life in one space with good drinks, amazing food, popular music and of course positive vibes! Although it was started in New York City, this event has also been held in Brooklyn, LA, D.C, Chicago, and finally the Queen City!
The event took place at Rooftop 210, which is located at the top of the EpiCenter. The spacious layout and breathtaking view of the skyline made the event pop even more. The weather was amazing, they were giving out complimentary Miller Lite beverages and to top it all off we got a free concert by none other than the Grammy Award nominated singer/songwriter, Tweet!
If you weren’t able to attend, you definitely missed out on great way to kick start your summer. However, don't fret, there are more events to come this summer! The next function will be series held at ESSENCE Fest July 1-3. You can keep up with Everyday People and their latest events by going to their website. One thing is for sure; Charlotte made it known why we are called CHARLIT! Everyone was live and they definitely knew how to come dressed for the occasion! Although I couldn't get everyone, here are a few of Charlotte’s own in their summertime day party looks:
