No matter the temperature, you can never go wrong with a camo jacket. I consider it a staple piece just like your regular jean jacket. It can be worn as an accessory or as the main look. To me, anything camo gives off a tomboy vibe but when paired with the right pieces, it can definitely be a look! I've had an obsession with camo for quite some time, especially when I lived in Savannah,GA. Living around an army base, it was typical to see old jackets at Goodwill all the time, yet none ever fit me. So, when I came across this beauty, and it hit exactly where I wanted it, I knew it was meant to be!

I decided to make my jacket more so an accessory for this look. Therefore, even without the jacket (all though no pictures are shown) my look is still wearable. I paired the jacket with a comfy, knit crop top and some distressed denim shorts. I loved the fact that the jacket stopped right at the end of the shorts. Because from behind it looks as if all I have on is a jacket. It's somewhat a mystery and it causes onlookers to want to see the entire look, especially if you only saw me from behind. I would have to say the wow factor for this look are my shoes. I got these from a store out of Greensboro's Four Seasons Mall. I only paid $25 for these babies and guess what, they are actually super comfortable. Aside from the cut out detail, one thing I really love about them is that they stop at the perfect spot! I threw one of my favorite clutches in the mix to add some color and spunk to the mix.

This look can be worn to an art show or First Fridays at the Brooklyn Museum!
