GINGHAM STYLE

If you know me by now, then you know that I love a good white and black color combination. Everything in my life, from my clothes, to my room decor to even my logo is white and black. To me it represents sleek and elegance at its finest, and it looks good lol. Well, being that it's summer, and I just did a white and black look for my style series, I decided to add a pop of color to this look!

I found this cute jumper on Tobi a few months ago while I was searching for the the gingahm trend. I didn;thave any of this patterned material in my current wardrobe so I decided it was time to invest in a piece that could be worn multiple ways. Being that I am top heavy, yet short, I always have a hard time determine what size to get in jumpsuits. I opted for a medium and I really wish I would've gotten a large instead. Now the chest area is actually not the issue, it's the leg part that is a bit snug. I guess you can say 'leg day' has been paying off.

I decided to pair this jumpsuit with my favorite mustard biker jacket to add some flavor to the look. I threw on my go to black perspex heels to give the look an edge. I will say that this shoes aren't the most comfortable when it comes to walking. They are super cute but my pinky toe also finds its way outside the strap for some reason. To accessorize the look I put on a pair of see through sunnies, which I got from a NY street vendor off Canal St. for cheap. I also decided to add a fringe clutch to the mix. I think the detail makes the look edgy

This look can be worn to a cute bloggers networking event, brunch or even to a day time meet up with your girls. You choose!
